A warranty protects a single pair of shades, so, if you want to buy a warranty for every pair of shades in your cart, just add the same number of warranties as shades.

If your shades and warranty are in separate orders, your warranty will not apply to your shades order

Step 2: Contact Us

If your shades break, get lost, or are stolen, within one year of purchase, you can request replacement shades by filling out the form below (or click here).

Your form lets us review your request and provides us your contact info. When you fill out your form, provide as much info as you think may be helpful to us. We want to provide the best customer service we can!

Step 3: Pay Invoice

After we receive your request, we'll review the details to verify your warranty.

Once we verify, we'll email you a replacement shades invoice for $9.99, plus shipping. To warranty your replacement shades, pay just $9.99 extra.

The invoice will charge $9.99 per pair of warrantied shades, and your replacement shades will be the same style as your warrantied shades
